ERC-3525

ERC-3525 defines a Semi-Fungible Token (SFT)¹ that combines the quantitative nature of ERC-20 with the unique-identity nature of ERC-721², so a single token can carry both a distinct ID and a transferable numeric value.

ERC-3525는 ERC-20의 수량적 성질과 ERC-721²의 고유 식별성을 결합한 반동질 토큰(SFT)을 정의하며, 이로써 하나의 토큰이 고유한 ID와 이전 가능한 숫자 값을 동시에 가질 수 있다.

Every ERC-3525 token has three attributes: a unique token ID, a slot¹ that categorizes it, and a value² representing its fungible quantity; tokens that share the same slot¹ are interchangeable in value².

모든 ERC-3525 토큰은 세 가지 속성을 가진다: 고유한 토큰 ID, 그것을 분류하는 슬롯(slot¹), 그리고 대체 가능한 수량을 나타내는 값(value²)이며, 같은 슬롯을 공유하는 토큰들은 값의 측면에서 서로 교환 가능하다.

Value can be transferred directly from one token to another of the same slot, or split out into a newly mint²ed token, without moving the token IDs themselves.

값은 같은 슬롯에 속한 한 토큰에서 다른 토큰으로 직접 이전되거나, 새로 발행된 토큰으로 분리될 수 있으며, 이때 토큰 ID 자체는 이동하지 않는다.

The standard is designed for financial instruments such as bonds, vesting plan¹s, insurance policies, and structured product²s, where assets are of the same type yet each has its own terms and divisible value.

이 표준은 채권, 베스팅 계획, 보험 증서, 구조화 상품처럼 자산이 동일한 유형이면서도 각각 고유한 조건과 분할 가능한 값을 가지는 금융상품을 위해 설계되었다.

Because ERC-3525 remains backward compatible with ERC-721, semi-fungible assets can be displayed, held, and traded through existing NFT wallets and marketplaces while still supporting fractional value operation²s.

ERC-3525는 ERC-721과 하위 호환성을 유지하므로, 반동질 자산은 부분 값 연산을 지원하면서도 기존 NFT 지갑과 마켓플레이스를 통해 표시·보유·거래될 수 있다.
