The T-REX (Token for Regulated EXchanges) standard defines a set of interfaces for permissioned token¹s, enabling the issuance, management, and transfer of tokenized securities and other regulated assets in a compliant manner.

T-REX(Token for Regulated EXchanges) 표준은 허가형 토큰을 위한 인터페이스 집합을 정의하며, 토큰화된 증권 및 기타 규제 자산을 규제에 부합하는 방식으로 발행·관리·이전할 수 있게 한다.

T-REX extends the ERC-20¹ interface, so tokens remain compatible with existing wallets and infrastructure, while adding an on-chain identity layer and a modular compliance² layer that gate every transfer.

T-REX는 ERC-20¹ 인터페이스를 확장하므로 토큰이 기존 지갑·인프라와 호환성을 유지하면서도, 모든 전송을 통제하는 온체인 신원 계층과 모듈형 규제 준수 계층을 추가한다.

Each eligible investor is represented by an on-chain identity (ONCHAINID¹) that holds signed claim²s — such as KYC, AML, or accredited-investor status — issued by trusted claim issuer³s.

각 자격 있는 투자자는 신뢰된 클레임 발급자가 발행한 서명된 클레임(예: KYC, AML, 적격 투자자 지위)을 담은 온체인 신원(ONCHAINID¹)으로 표현된다.

A transfer succeeds only if the receiver's identity is verified against the required claim topic¹s and the transaction satisfies every rule enforced by the compliance contract.

전송은 받는 사람의 신원이 요구되는 클레임 주제에 대해 검증되고, 그 거래가 규제 준수 컨트랙트가 강제하는 모든 규칙을 만족할 때에만 성공한다.

The standard is a suite of contracts²: the Token, an Identity Registry¹, a Compliance contract, a Trusted Issuers Registry, and a Claim Topics Registry, each with a well-defined responsibility.

이 표준은 여러 컨트랙트의 모음이다: 토큰, 신원 레지스트리, 규제 준수 컨트랙트, 신뢰된 발급자 레지스트리, 클레임 주제 레지스트리이며, 각각 명확히 정의된 책임을 가진다.

Authorized agent¹s hold recovery and enforcement powers — such as minting, burning, freezing addresses, forced transfer²s, and pausing — so issuers can meet legal obligations like court orders or lost-key recovery.

권한을 가진 에이전트는 발행·소각·주소 동결·강제 이전·일시정지 같은 복구 및 집행 권한을 가지며, 이를 통해 발행자는 법원 명령이나 분실 키 복구 같은 법적 의무를 이행할 수 있다.
